Solution:

Nothing Works.

No Power To Wells.

Check that the power cord is plugged in.
Check circuit breakers on rear of console.
Check all connections.

Check circuit breakers on rear of console.
Check all connections.

No Power To Switches
But Wells Work.

Check interface cable connections.
Check interface junction box connections.
Check room wiring.

Fluorescent Room
Lights Do Not Turn On.

Incandescent Exam Lights Do Not Turn On.

Check circuit breakers on rear of console.
Check interface cable connections.
Check interface junction box connections.
Check room wiring.

Incandescent Exam Lights Do Not Dim From Control Panel.
(Slide Control)

Check that all well's have instruments installed and indicating charging. (Led's are lit)
Check that the indirect control center has an instrument on the hanger.
If instruments are not available activate the "wells" switch on the control panel and/or the indirect override switch on the indirect control center.

Incandescent Exam Lights Do Not Dim From Recharging Wells.

Check that the "wells" switch on the control panel is turned OFF.
Check that the indirect control center has an instrument on the hanger.

Check that the "indirect override" switch is turned OFF

Incandescent Exam Lights Do Not Dim From Indirect Control Center.

Check that the "rheostat override" switch is turned OFF.

Indirect Ophthalmascope Does Not Dim.

Indirect Ophthalmascope Is Too Dim Or Blows Bulbs.

Check for proper indirect voltage settings.
