Light Bulbs

CAUTION:        Turn power off and unplug unit from wall outlet before servicing.

WARNING:        To prevent risk of fire hazard, replace the desk lamp with an R14 type
                                        bulb, rated 120 volts, 40 watts.

High voltages are present inside metal enclosures in this unit.  DO NOT
DISASSEMBLE THIS UNIT.  Refer servicing to authorized personnel.

Fuses & Breakers

Overload protection is provided by circuit breakers located behind a panel next to the indirect control center.  To gain access, loosen the two black screws and swing the plate upward.  Tripped breakers will show a white line, and are reset by pressing.

ATTENTION:      The circuit breakers used in this product cannot be used as switches. 
                                        Attempting to open the circuits by prying the breaker  will destroy               
                                        the device.

The Indirect Control Center uses a fuse to provide protection against
instrument short circuits or possible overload.  Replace this fuse only
with the proper fuse, rated as marked on the Indirect Control Center
panel.

WARNING:          Repeated tripping of a circuit breaker or a blown fuse warns of an
                                        overload or "shorted" condition.  Reduce the load to the circuit or   
                                        correct the short circuit to assure safe operating conditions.

Cleaning

Clean all laminate surfaces with a non-abrasive cleaner or slightly
damp cloth.

To prevent fire or shock hazard, DO NOT EXPOSE THIS PRODUCT
TO RAIN OR ANY TYPE OF MOISTURE.

Front Surface Mirrors

The mirrors in all COW Mirror Systems are "front surface" type.  This
means the silver is on the front surface of the mirror to provide the best reflection without parallax error caused by transmitting the image through the glass substrate.  These mirrors are subject to scratches if cleaned conventionally; instead, dust may be removed by using a feather duster only.  Harsh contact to mirror surface will result in scratches.
