Fixation/Muscle Lights

    Comes in three different models.  The first plugs directly into a switched outlet on the wall.  The dimensions are 4" x 2" x 1 5/8".  For 110-120V.  Available with red or white lens.

      The second model that is available is installed by your electrician which gives it a nice flush mount to your wall.  The plate dimensions are 2 3/4" x 4 1/2", and is neutral grey in color.  For switched 110-120V power supply.   Available with red or white lens.

      The third is a device with its own 8' cord and a line switch (hand operated).  The dimensions are 5 3/4" x 5 3/4" x 2 1/2".  Available in Mica color of your choice.  For 110-120V.  Available with red or white lens.

Flashing Fixation

    A "screentest II" style flashing fixation test with a 8' cord.  A line switch (hand operated) is located on the cord.  Plugs into any standard 110-120v outlet. Dimensions 5 3/4" x 5 3/4" x 2".

    A second model is available.  It is supplied with the fixture and electrical box to be installed by your electrician to a switched 110-120v supply.

Worth 4-Dot  with Muscle Light

      A "Screentest II" style four dot and muscle light.  Available in two different models.  The first comes with an 8' cord.  A line switch (hand operated) is located on the cord.  Plugs into any standard 110-120V outlet.  Dimensions are 5 3/4" x 5 3/4" x 2".

• RAWC 35-000  (cord and line switch)
• Available in Mica color of your choice.

    The second model available is supplied with the fixture and a electrical box to be installed by your electrician to any switched 110-120V power source.

Fixation Testing Center

    The testing center houses a wide selection of refraction accessories.  Four separate switches control the flashing fixation, four dot test, muscle light, and barking animated toy dog.  A low voltage power supply and switch panel are delivered with the self-contained model or it may be ordered with the COW Refraction Desk using the low voltage power supply and switches that are built into the desk.

Opticokinetic Drum

    A lightweight drum of professional quality designed to spin effortlessly at a flick of the thumb. Stripes displayed around drum.
